Mr. Sundly conducted his undergraduate studies at the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy in 1991, with special emphases in analytical reasoning and critical thinking. He co-founded the Undergraduate Philosophy Club and served as its President until pursuit of graduate studies. Mr. Sundly graduated Cum Laude from Western State University College of Law, receiving awards of American Jurisprudence in several subject matters including Torts, Contracts, Civil Procedure, Legal Writing, and was a member of law review. In 1997 he was selected and served as a Judicial Extern for Presiding Justice David G. Sills of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division III, where he participated in research, writing, and publication of several published appellate opinions. After 8 years in practice as a trial and litigation attorney, he has developed extensive knowledge in medical malpractice, business litigation, family law, mediation, alternative dispute resolution, conservatorship and probate matters. His courtroom presence, amiable demanor, and moral integrity have earned him continued success and respect amongst the California Bar and Judicial Bench. His wife and 4 children receive the devotion of his time away from the practice of law, and he employs his knowledge as a father of 10 years into his work in our specialized field of father's rights. He also utilizes his vast experience with mediation and legal counselling to help clients achieve their goals, to understand their rights, and to successfully resolve their matters to their reasonable satisfaction.
