Ginger Williams-Meli graduated from Western State University and was admitted to practice law in state court in 1992. She was a moot court and trial advocacy participant. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Fullerton with an emphasis on Education. She received her Associates of Arts Degree from Golden West College with an emphasis in nursing.

She began practicing as a Family Law attorney in 1994 and has handled a variety of family law litigation matters to include divorces, paternity, child custody, visitation and District Attorney cases. She has practiced in all courts in Southern California. After being admitted to practice in Federal court in 1993, she made appearances on Chapter 13 Bankruptcy matters. She also attended 341(a) meetings of creditors in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases.

As an 8 year Associate with the law firm of Parker Stanbury, she litigated and consulted on Family Law cases and consulted on Consumer Finance Matters. She advised clients on matters involving The Unfair Business Practices Act, Beverly-Song, Tanner, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She received many customer service awards for excellence.

Ginger always promoted her beliefs about Father's having equal rights in Family Law courts.  As a DadsLaw senior attorney, her primary responsibility is consulting with clients regarding their rights on Family Law Matters and addressing their concerns with the legal process.  Ginger is also very dedicated to customer service and client satisfaction.
